Terms of purchase

Swedish law applies.

We do not disclose personal data to any third party other than necessary data to parties concerned with freight and payment.

Order

Orders can either be placed via our webpage, via Email or telephone. Confirmation of an order will be sent to the specified Email address.

Orders are binding and false orders will be reported to the police. Please contact us if you have made an incorrect order.
You must be at least 16 years-of-age or you must have the approval of a parent/guardian in order to shop.

We reserve the right to refuse a purchase.

Prices

We make reservations for any errors on the website that can affect prices. If such an error were to occur, the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase.

Payment terms

We are not responsible for money, cheques and postage stamps sent to us in letters. Claims for non-payments will be sent to a collection service.

Current payment options are via advance payment, PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Terms of delivery

Normally, product in stock are sent out within 1-2 weeks. Delivery time varies depending on geographical location. Customers will be informed of products that cannot be delivered via Email.

Method of delivery

All products will be delivered from our own warehouse or direct from the supplier.

Freight costs

Our different fees for freight are based on the weight, size, authorised representative and geographical location of the product. The freight cost is calculated at check-out at the point of sale.

Orders for abroad

We deliver to customers all over the world. As special rules can apply for deliveries to countries other than Sweden, we reserve the right to charge for any additional costs.  

Exchanges and returns

We have a 14-day return policy. The products must be returned in their original packaging. Customers will be charged for damage, other wanton destruction or lack of products for which they are responsible.

Complaints

The Consumer Purchases Act applies in all cases where there is a complaint.

Visible faults upon receipt of delivery should be notified to the delivery agent. In such cases, do not sign for the package. Hidden faults must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

Return documents

A receipt of copy of an invoice must always be included.
The customer will always pay the freight. Returns that are sent collect/COD will not be redeemed.

Unredeemed packages

Unredeemed packages will be debited the cost of the return as well as administrative fees. The cost will be invoiced in arrears.

Warranty

When a Master-Table is purchased, there is a 1-year factory warranty on the motor and stand. For the warranty to apply, the product must be handled in the manner for which the product is intended. The warranty is not valid for modifications of the products, for incorrect handling, force majeure including lightning strikes. The receipt of paid product is valid as a certificate of warranty.
For warranty issues, the customer always pays for freight to the service site and we or the service workshop will be responsible for freight back to the customer.
